Indoor and Nature Based Psychotherapy

For adults seeking a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves.
ONLINE | LONDON & BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

UKCP registered • BUPA recognised • IFS Levels 1, 2 & 3 • Eco-Psychotherapy Training • Over 20 years' experience

You may be seeking support if...

...you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions or a sense that something feels difficult to carry alone.

Sometimes the challenges are internal. Sometimes they are connected to circumstances in your life, relationships, work or health.

Whatever brings you here, therapy can offer space to explore your experience with support, understanding and curiosity.

How the work is held

My work is grounded in integrative psychotherapy, with IFS and eco-psychotherapy woven in where appropriate.

Integrative Psychotherapy

A flexible and relational approach that draws from different therapeutic perspectives to support your individual needs.

IFS therapy

IFS
(Internal Family Systems)

A compassionate way of relating to different parts of yourself.

Eco-
Psychotherapy

Working with the body, the wider living world and the relationship between inner and outer experience.

A compassionate way of understanding what you’re carrying

Many people come to therapy believing there is something wrong with them, or feeling frustrated that they cannot simply think or work their way through what they are experiencing.

Over time, they may discover that anxiety, depression, overwhelm or self-criticism are not signs of failure, but understandable responses to difficult experiences and circumstances.

Therapy can offer an opportunity to gently explore what may be shaping these experiences, with curiosity, compassion and care.

Rather than trying to get rid of parts of yourself, the work invites a different relationship with them.
